Requirements for NEW volunteers:

1. Complete AUSD Volunteer Annual Site Registration form

2. Complete AUSD Volunteer Background Verification form

3. Proof of current negative TB test (TB test are valid for 4 years)

4. Copy of CA driver's license or CA ID

*5. Fingerprints/Background check - Live Scan form

     once live scan is completed, please bring a copy of your Live Scan form receipt to the Emery Park office

     or email to jimenez_maria_1@ausd.us

*Please email items 1-4 to jimenez_maria_1@ausd.us or leave in the front office for Maria Jimenez before you proceed with #5.
